5. Candidates seeking admission to Part-Time diploma courses should use the admission form given at Appendix-I
6. All candidates (Regular, Post-diploma and Part-time courses) should submit their medical certificates given in Appendix-II.
7. The admission to regular courses will be centralized with the venue at Chandigarh or as notified in the leading newspapers from time to time.
8. The admission to Part-Time diploma courses will take place at the respective Polytechnic/Institute.
9. The word 'Polytechnic and/or institution wherever appears in this document, means diploma level technical institutions working under the administrative control of Director of Technical Education and Industrial Training (Technical Education wing), Punjab.
